Celebrating Underdogs With Subaru

At BARK, we have one goal—Make dogs as happy as they make us. That’s why we’re excited to be joining the Subaru Loves Pets™ initiative in celebrating their 4th annual National Make A Dog’s Day. On October 22, 2022, we’re inviting you to celebrate our weird, wonderful, furry best friends in the best ways you know how. Give them an extra treat (or two), let them stop at every tree during your walk, knit matching sweaters—whatever makes your dog happiest. As part of the celebration, Subaru is teaming up with hundreds of local animal shelters across the country and donating $100 for every pet adopted during the month of October. With millions of animals entering shelters every year, Subaru is putting a spotlight on the dogs who need our love the most. These Underdogs are pups who are older, physically-challenged, or otherwise different, and are often the last to be adopted. This year, BARK is giving away welcome kits to 7,000 pet parents who adopt as part of National Make A Dog’s Day. The exclusive welcome kits feature Subaru-inspired toys, very necessary poop bags, awesome magnets, and a coupon for BARK Food. BARK is proud to be partnering with Subaru as they support the adoption and welfare of pets across the country, during National Make A Dog’s Day and throughout the year.
